 Founder of Beautiful Queens Incorporated, Joyce is currently holding a position at Stellantis Manufacturing Company for the last 14years as a forklift driver. Joyce's drive to start this charitable foundation came about because of her mother who passed away in 2016, she was her role model with a big heart. In 2018, Joyce decided to come together with 6 of her girlfriends of 35yrs plus friendship to launch Beautiful Queens Incorporated and currently serves as the CEO, President. Joyce currently resides in Warren, Michigan with her daughter.

Nikki gives all praises to God because he is the head of all our lives. She is a mother of an adult child.  She has been a Professional Counselor since 2006 and have had a diverse clientele that included health professionals with multiple addictions, substance abuse, multiple mental health disorders, intellectual developmental disabilities and pain management.  She is a Claims Processor which helps veterans get compensated for disabilities that occurred while giving their time served for the United States government in one of the five branches.  

Nikki has an extremely long history of assisting and providing positive outcomes to many of her diverse clients for many years. She loves helping others regardless of their needs and ethnic backgrounds. She plans to continue giving her all to others who are still struggling just to get by.  Stay blessed and focused because no one can determine your destination but you! God has already given you the blueprint to follow.  Nikki is following hers so follow yours. 

Treasurer of Beautiful Queens Incorporated since 2018.  Consuelo is a woman of faith and with God all things are possible.  Faith without works is dead so she believes in making things happen for her community.  

She has been an educator for 16 years.  She is an Exceptional Student Education Lead teacher for Detroit Public Schools Community District.  She specializes in educating students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.  Her students are ages 18-26 years old.  She believes that everyone despite their disabilities should have an opportunity to work or become as independent as possible.

She believes in giving back to her community that taught her so much.  When this amazing non profit was formed by this group of amazing friends, there was no hesitation to join in.  She resides in Dearborn Heights, Michigan with her husband and three children. 

Digital Media Coordinator of Beautiful Queens Incorporated since 2018.  Thomasina is a personal assistant with a master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She held a position with a well-known manufacturer for over 15 years that closed. She helped her former coworkers find employment creating resumes and assist with submitting applications for employment.  Her focus was showing her former coworkers that there is truth to the phrase, "As one door closes, another door opens."

She continues to help and support everyone she can by being a personal assistant to the people seeking her services and providing resources that will solve their problems. She says she is blessed not to be a procrastinator. She believes in making the impossible possible. "You never know unless you try." Trust the process—hope, Trust, Believe, along with Faith; WINS.  She is a mother of a son and cares for her mom.

Board of Directors of Beautiful Queens Incorporated since 2018.  Psontia is a single mother of two adult children. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Masters degree in Psychology, and working on her PHD.

She is employed with the health center for Kalamazoo county as a Community Health Worker for a home visiting program that provides resources and education for pregnant women and their babies from birth to 18 months.  

She is a firm believer of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost and is not ashamed to say so.  Her life has always consisted of helping others.

She is the founder of Big Hearts since 2017.  She worked for foster care and the medical system with Henry Ford.  Giving back to the community has always been a passion of hers.  Being a part of an organization that gives more than they receive is a blessing.  Psontia is happy to be apart of and share the experiences with women that have formed a sisterhood of over 35 years. 

Secretary of Beautiful Queens Incorporated since 2018.  Tiiko has a customer service background spanning over 20 years in the nonprofit sector-previously working with such organizations as the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and the Michigan Opera Theatre.  Her commitment to share the love of God through serving has been the foundation for her working alongside her BQI sisters.  It has been one of the most humbling and fulfilling experiences on her personal mission to grow and give a little bit more each day.  We are all blessed to be a blessing! She is a mother to a son.

Board of Directors of Beautiful Queens Incorporated since 2023.  Coleen has been a decoder at Bank One (Chase) for 6yrs.  She has also worked in retail management for 20yrs.  

She decided to become a stay at home mother when she was pregnant with her now 14yr old daughter. Now that her daughter is getting older Coleen is ready to open a restaurant.  She has been cooking since the age of 13 years old.  She loves it. Cooking and Baking really does her heart good to see the smile on people faces while they are enjoying good food.  She is a very giving person and has a special love for the seniors and babies. 

Coleen enjoys her family.  She has been married for 26 yrs and a mother of 5 children.
